Blake Lawrence is a Director with Strait Lane Capital Partners where, since joining Strait Lane in 2016, he has served on our investment team in various roles. Prior to joining Strait Lane, Blake was an associate at KPMG in the Audit services practice where he focused on the Financial Services Industry.

Since joining Strait Lane, Blake has been integrally involved in several of the firm’s transactions and is primarily responsible for tax structuring and annual compliance, buy-side and sell-side diligence and financial analysis, and portfolio company management, as well as assisting in the business development process.

Blake is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from Baylor University, with a B.B.A. in Accounting and a Masters in Accountancy. Blake resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife and two children.
